2024 BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Career Fair

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Career Fair is scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in Anchorage, Alaska. BBNC will provide more details about the annual meeting in proxy materials which will be mailed out in mid-August.
The meeting will be held for the purpose of electing four directors to three-year terms ending in 2027, as well as reviewing the corporation’s performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.
Additionally, the 2024 annual meeting will be broadcast live on the web! This live broadcast will allow shareholders to watch the annual meeting in real time on October 5. More information will be available in your proxy material and in the fall newsletter.
