Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC), in partnership with Bristol Bay Mission Lodge and the Covey Academy, is hosting a week-long culinary training from January 13-17, 2025, in Anchorage, Alaska to help participants prepare for jobs in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Participants will receive training in:

  • Sanitation
  • Kitchen safety
  • Knife basics
  • Cooking techniques
  • Food presentation
  • Teamwork
  • Communication skills

Minimum requirements:

  • BBNC shareholder, spouse, or descendant
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Able to pass a drug test
