BBNC seeks applications to fill four director seats at its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Interested shareholders must submit:

• Three signed letters of reference (two professional and one personal [no relatives])
• Current resume

Selected applicants are interviewed by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which then makes its recommendation to fill these open seats to the full BBNC Board.
