BBNC and its operating companies hosted a total of 18 interns this summer and fall. BBNC’s Shareholder Development department hosted “Leadership Friday” sessions during the internship season to broaden the interns’ knowledge on topics like networking, cultural enrichment, public speaking, emotional intelligence, and cybersecurity. Partnering with other Alaska Native regional corporations, BBNC welcomed their interns, while BBNC interns joined NANA’s ANCSA Overview, a Financial Reality Fair hosted by Credit Union One and Ahtna, and CIRI’s National Intern Day event, offering valuable learning and networking opportunities.
